Instructions

1-Follow this straightforward guide to make your Air Fryer Kids Fish Finger Burger with ease. Start by boiling 3 eggs for 7 minutes, then peel and finely chop them before mixing with mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and pepper to create a tasty egg salad. This step adds a flavorful topping that sets this burger apart.

2-Next, pat dry the 600 grams of firm white fish fillets and cut them into pieces about 3 cm thick and 10-12 cm long. Prepare the remaining 3 eggs by whisking them with ΒΌ cup milk for an egg wash. Set up a station with seasoned plain flour in one dish and a mix of panko crumbs, garlic powder, and seasoning in another.
