– 3 tablespoons smoked paprika

– 1 tablespoon dried oregano

– 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

– 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme

Instructions

1-First, gather all spices: 3 tablespoons smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons fine kosher salt, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon ground white pepper, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, and 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme.

2-In a dry bowl, combine all the spices thoroughly with a whisk or spoon to blend evenly.

3-Store the mixture in an airtight container, keeping it away from heat and light to preserve potency. The seasoning can be used immediately or stored for up to one year.
