Ingredients

– 1 (12 oz) can of evaporated milk for creaminess and sweetness

– 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk for creaminess and sweetness

– 2 cups (1 15 oz can) of cream of coconut for creaminess and sweetness

– 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon for warm, aromatic flavors

– 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg for warm, aromatic flavors

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for warm, aromatic flavors

– 1 1/2 cups of white rum for the traditional kick (adjustable for taste)

Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.

2-In a blender, combine 1 (12 oz) can of evaporated milk, 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk, 2 cups (1 15 oz can) of cream of coconut, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; blend until smooth.

3-Slowly add 1 1/2 cups of white rum to the mixture while blending.

4-Taste and adjust spices if needed, then pour into clean containers.

5-Refrigerate for at least one hour to chill and let flavors meld.

6-Shake well before serving and pour into small glasses, adding a cinnamon stick garnish if you like.

7-For non-alcoholic versions, substitute rum with coconut milk and add sweetener to keep it tasty.
