Instructions
1-Gather everything: Set out blender, measuring cup, and tall glass; chill glass in freezer for 10 minutes.
2-Blend the base: Add unsweetened coconut milk, sugar free pineapple juice or syrup, and optional rum to blender; blend on high 20-30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
3-Sweeten to taste: Add sugar free sweetener gradually, blending and tasting until desired sweetness is reached.
4-Add the ice: Add 1-2 cups ice cubes and blend until thick and frosty; for extra cold, use frozen coconut milk cubes.
5-Pour and garnish: Pour into chilled glass, garnish with pineapple slice, cherry, or toasted coconut, and serve immediately.
