Campfire Baked Potatoes There is something so wonderfully simple about a meal that cooks itself while you sit around the fire. Campfire baked potatoes have become my family’s favorite camping dinner because they need almost no prep, zero pots, and everyone gets exactly what they want.

8 oz sour cream
8 oz cheddar cheese
2 oz salted butter
