1 cup Water
3 tablespoons Sundried Tomato Oil
1 medium Shallot, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 cup Vegan Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth
1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes in Oil
1/4 cup Vegan Parmesan or Nutritional Yeast
1/4 cup Basil and Parsley (fresh, chopped), chopped, chop just before serving
to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions

1-Press the tofu for about 30 minutes: Press the tofu for about 30 minutes to remove moisture, slice into cutlets or cubes.
