Why You’ll Love This Recipe When the weather turns chilly, there is nothing quite like a bowl of soup that tastes like autumn. This creamy roasted pumpkin and tomato soup brings together sweet Hokkaido pumpkin, bright roasted cherry tomatoes, caramelized onion, and a whole head of slow roasted garlic, then finishes with a little coconut milk for a silky, comforting texture.
