Instructions

1-Boil the pasta: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, then pat completely dry for maximum crispiness.

2-Preheat the air fryer: Set air fryer to 380ยฐF and preheat for about 3 minutes.

3-Season the pasta: Toss dry pasta with olive oil (about 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces), chosen seasonings, and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan until evenly coated.

4-Air fry: Spread pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook for 10 to 14 minutes, shaking at the 6-minute mark. Refer to the shape chart: rigatoni ~13 min, farfalle ~10 min, elbows/fusilli ~8-9 min.

5-Serve: Pasta chips are done when golden brown and firm. They crisp further as they cool. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately with marinara, pesto, ranch, or your favorite dip.
