π‘ Swap the smoked sausage for kielbasa, andouille, or chicken sausage to customize the flavor profile.
π‘ Use fresh or frozen green beans instead of canned for a crisper texture and brighter color; add them straight from the freezer without thawing.
π‘ Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick that pairs beautifully with the smoky sausage and Italian dressing flavors.
