1 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce (store bought or homemade)
1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions
1-Season the chicken: Pat dry and season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
2-Mix the sauce: Whisk together Hawaiian BBQ sauce, crushed pineapple with its juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
3-Combine in crockpot: Place chicken in a 6-quart or larger slow cooker, pour sauce over, and ensure chicken is well coated.
4-Slow cook: Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is fork tender and shreddable.
5-Shred and serve: Remove chicken, shred with two forks, return to sauce, stir, and serve over rice, buns, or with vegetables. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
