1 cup heavy cream

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach

1 tbsp butter (optional)

Instructions

1-Layer the chicken: Place 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

2-Add the flavor: Pour in 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup heavy cream, then add 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 cup drained and chopped sun dried tomatoes, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

3-Cook low and slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.

4-Finish the sauce: Leave chicken whole, slice, or shred; stir in 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 2 cups fresh spinach, and 1 tbsp butter (optional); cover and let sit 5-10 minutes until spinach wilts and sauce thickens.
