2 tbsp olive oil

1 stick unsalted butter

810 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp hot sauce

2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/3 cup minced fresh parsley

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1-Skewer the chicken: Cut chicken into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes, pat dry, and thread onto skewers leaving space between pieces.

2-Make the garlic parmesan butter: Melt butter, stir in minced garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute until fragrant, then remove from heat and whisk in parmesan until smooth.

3-Grill to perfection: Preheat grill to medium-high (375-400ยฐF), brush skewers with olive oil, grill 3-4 minutes per side, baste with garlic parmesan butter in the last 2-3 minutes, cook until internal temp reaches 165ยฐF, then rest before serving.
