Fresh Peach Cobbler With Cinnamon-Sugar Topping Fresh Peach Cobbler turns eight ripe peaches into a warm dessert with a juicy cinnamon filling and a cake-like, crunchy topping. The peaches bake briefly on their own before the dough is added, allowing the fruit, sugar, cornstarch, lemon, and spices to begin forming the filling.
