๐Ÿฅฉ Savor tender steak bites tossed with cheesy tortellini in rich garlic parmesan sauce for a protein-packed, indulgent dinner!
๐Ÿ”ฅ Quick one-pan griddle meal with fresh veggies โ€“ minimal cleanup, bold flavors in just 30 minutes!

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

– 2 strip steaks

– 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil

– 1 sliced onion

– 1 large zucchini

– 10 ounces grape tomatoes

– 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini, 19 ounces

– 1/4 to 1/2 cup water

– 1/4 cup Parmesan Garlic sauce

– Shredded Parmesan cheese

– Garlic Butter Seasoning

Instructions

1-Step 1: Prep the ingredients Start by cutting the 2 strip steaks into cubes. Then cut the zucchini into smaller pieces and slice the onion. Keep the grape tomatoes whole so they soften without falling apart. This part only takes about 10 minutes, and it makes the rest of the cooking much easier.

2-Step 2: Heat the griddle Set your griddle over medium heat. Let it warm up before adding anything so the steak and vegetables start cooking right away. A steady medium heat works best because it browns the ingredients without burning them.

3-Step 3: Cook the vegetables first Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil to the griddle. Then add the onion, zucchini, and grape tomatoes. Season the vegetables with Garlic Butter Seasoning and stir them around so they get coated well. The veggies should start softening and getting a little color as they cook.

4-Step 4: Add the steak Push the vegetables to the side if needed, then add the cubed steak to the griddle. Season the steak with the same Garlic Butter Seasoning. Stir and turn the pieces so they brown on all sides. Depending on how you like your steak, this may take a few minutes longer or shorter.

5-Step 5: Steam the tortellini Add the 19 ounce bag of frozen cheese tortellini to the griddle. Pour about 1/4 to 1/2 cup water over the tortellini, then cover it with a griddle dome. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the tortellini is tender. The steam helps it cook through while staying soft and chewy.

6-Step 6: Add the sauce Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan Garlic sauce once the tortellini is tender. Mix gently so the sauce coats the pasta without breaking it apart. After that, remove the tortellini from the griddle and set it aside.

7-Step 7: Finish the steak and vegetables Keep stirring the steak and vegetables until they are cooked to your liking. If you want the steak more done, leave it on the griddle a little longer. If the vegetables look soft enough, they are ready to go.

8-Step 8: Serve and top with cheese Spoon the steak and vegetables onto plates, then add the tortellini beside or underneath them. Finish the dish with shredded Parmesan cheese on top. Serve it warm so the cheese melts a little into the pasta and steak.
