9-Assemble the sandwich: Layer bottom bun with lettuce, tomato, cheesy chicken, smoked ham, then top bun.
10-Pan toast the sandwich: In a skillet with butter over medium heat, toast assembled sandwich for 1-2 minutes per side until crispy and cheese is fully melted.
