Instructions
1-Brown the sausage: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook sliced sausage 3-4 minutes until edges are browned; transfer to a plate.
2-SautΓ© the garlic: In the same skillet, stir minced garlic constantly for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3-Cook the broccoli: Add broccoli florets and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until bright green and tender-crisp.
4-Combine ingredients: Return sausage to skillet, nestle shrimp into the mixture, and pour honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar over everything.
5-Cook the shrimp: Cook shrimp 3-4 minutes, turning once, until pink and C-shaped; optionally stir in cornstarch slurry during last minute.
6-Season and finish: Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes, then remove skillet from heat immediately.
7-Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions; serve over rice, quinoa, or extra vegetables.
