2 medium zucchini, approx. 400 g
150 g feta cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1-Wash the zucchini thoroughly: Wash the zucchini thoroughly. Trim the ends and coarsely grate the zucchini. Place the grated zucchini in a sieve and sprinkle with a little salt. Let sit for about 10 minutes, then squeeze out thoroughly to remove as much water as possible.

Add the crumbled feta, egg, breadcrumbs, optional oat flakes, finely chopped garlic, oregano, fresh chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
