16 ounces frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup unsweetened coconut cream
3/4 cup 100% pineapple juice
1 teaspoon rum flavor
2 fresh pineapple wedges
2 maraschino cherries
Instructions
1-Start with the frozen fruit: Add the entire 16 oz bag of frozen pineapple chunks to the blender.
2-Pour over the liquids: Add coconut cream and pineapple juice; do not stir.
3-Pulse to wake it up: Pulse on low a few times to break large chunks into smaller pieces.
4-Add the rum flavor: Drizzle in 1 teaspoon rum flavor (optional).
5-Blend until smooth: Blend on low or puree for 30โ45 seconds until thick and smooth with no visible fruit pieces.
6-Serve immediately: Pour into two 14 oz glasses, garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
