No reviews

๐Ÿ A creamy, tropical, non-alcoholic twist on the classic piรฑa colada that comes together in under five minutes with just five simple ingredients. ๐Ÿฅฅ Frosty, smooth, and perfectly sweet, this crowd-pleasing mocktail is ideal for summer parties, barbecues, and all-ages celebrations.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (high quality, like Dole golden)

1/2 cup cream of coconut (Coco Real or Coco Lopez)

1/2 cup pineapple juice (canned is fine; fresh gives more flavor)

1 cup ice cubes

Squeeze of fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)

Instructions

1-Combine ingredients: Add frozen pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, ice, and lime juice to a high-powered blender.

2-Blend until smooth: Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy; if too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice, if too thin, add more ice.

3-Adjust flavor: Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.

4-Serve and garnish: Pour into two glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and a cocktail umbrella if desired.

Notes

๐Ÿ Always use cream of coconut (sweetened and thick), not coconut cream (unsweetened and thinner) โ€” they are not the same thing.
๐ŸงŠ If your blender struggles with frozen ingredients, let the frozen pineapple sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before blending.
โ„๏ธ This mocktail is best enjoyed fresh, but you can freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for up to 3 months and reblend with a splash of pineapple juice.
