๐Ÿ“ A creamy, frosty smoothie that tastes like a treat while packing real fruit and protein into every sip.
๐Ÿฅค Ready in just 5 minutes with simple ingredients โ€” the perfect quick breakfast or post-workout refresher.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

Frozen strawberries (1 cup)

Ripe banana (1 medium, spotty)

Milk (1/2 cup)

Greek yogurt (1/2 cup)

Spinach (1 handful, optional)

Honey or maple syrup (1 tablespoon, optional)

Chia seeds or peanut butter (1 tablespoon, optional)

Instructions

1-Add liquid first: Pour 1/2 cup milk into the blender to help blades move freely.

2-Pile in frozen strawberries: Add 1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries on top.

3-Add banana and yogurt: Break a spotty banana into chunks and drop in along with 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.

4-Boost if you like: Optionally toss in a handful of spinach, a tablespoon of chia seeds, or a drizzle of honey.

5-Blend until smooth: Start on low, then ramp up to high. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds, scraping down sides if needed.

6-Check the texture: If too thick, add a splash of milk; if too thin, blend in a few more frozen strawberries or half a frozen banana.

7-Pour and enjoy immediately: Serve in a tall glass. The frosty, creamy texture is best right away.

Notes

๐Ÿ’ก Use frozen strawberries for a thick, frosty texture without watering down the drink with ice.
๐Ÿ’ก Spotty, overripe bananas bring plenty of natural sweetness so you can skip added sugar.
๐Ÿ’ก For a dairy-free version, swap Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt or add an extra half banana for creaminess.
