Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) strawberry frosting
12 oz high-quality white chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract
1/4 cup red and white sprinkles
Instructions
1-Line dish: Line an 8ร8-inch baking dish with wax paper or parchment paper for easy removal.
2-Mix frosting: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the strawberry frosting and strawberry extract (or raspberry). Stir until well mixed.
3-Melt chocolate: Microwave white chocolate chips on 50% power in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth.
4-Combine mixtures: Pour the melted white chocolate into the frosting mixture and stir in the sprinkles (reserve a few for topping).
5-Spread in pan: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. If too thick to spread, rewarm it for a few seconds.
6-Add topping: Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
7-Chill: Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm. For faster setting, can leave at room temperature for about 1 hour instead.
8-Cut squares: Once set, run a sharp knife under hot water, wipe it dry, and cut into squares. Yields 12-16 pieces.
