1 can 14 oz coconut milk
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

1-Heat the oil in a large pot: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sautรฉ until translucent, about 5 minutes.
