Ingredients

Flan Recipe (using Condensed Milk)
¾ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Evaporated Milk, 240 ml (or use ½ cup regular milk)
200 ml Heavy Cream
3 large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup Sugar, for caramel

Dulce De Leche Flan
¾ cup Dulce De Leche
½ cup Milk
200 ml Heavy Cream
3 large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup Sugar, for caramel

Instructions

For Flan (Using Condensed Milk)
1-Preheat oven to 180 degree C: Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
2-Take sugar in a pan, melt it: Take sugar in a pan, melt it gently on medium heat. Dont stir. Keep cooking on medium heat till caramel colour. Pour it into the pan and swirl to coat entire pan and sides.
3-Take all ingredients in a blender and: Take all ingredients in a blender and blend till creamy. Pour this into the pan over the caramel.
4-Place the pan into a bigger pan: Place the pan into a bigger pan. Fill with hot boiling water until half way through. Bake in preheated 180 degree C oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 mins.
5-Remove the flan from oven, gently remove: Remove the flan from oven, gently remove the mould from the tray and place it into the fridge for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
6-Remove flan from fridge, gently release sides: Remove flan from fridge, gently release sides with a knife. Invert mould onto a serving plate. Slice and serve.

Dulce De Leche Flan
7-Follow the same recipe, instead of condensed: Follow the same recipe, instead of condensed milk use dulce de leche.
8-Bake at 180 degree C for 40: Bake at 180 degree C for 40 mins in a water bath and chill in fridge for 6 to 8 hours. Un mould, slice and serve.
