Instructions

2-Sear the chicken: In an oven-safe skillet with olive oil, sear chicken until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3-Start the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4-Finish the sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stir in freshly grated Parmesan, and simmer until slightly thickened.
5-Bake the chicken: Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over top, and bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
6-Rest and serve: Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
