1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 ounces cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
1–2 ounces white rum (optional)
1 cup ice
Strawberry slice, for garnish
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Cocktail cherry, for garnish
Instructions
1-Chill your glass: Place a hurricane glass or highball glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2-Add ingredients to blender: Add 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 2 ounces cream of coconut, 2 ounces white rum (optional), and 1 cup ice to a blender.
3-Blend: Start blender on low, then increase to high; blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy. Do not over blend or the drink will become watery.
4-Garnish and serve: Pour into the chilled glass, top with a strawberry slice, pineapple wedge, and a cocktail cherry. Serve immediately.
